The West Coast of the United States is currently suffering from one of the worst collapses of the Salmon population we have ever witnessed in recorded history. The reason for this is a multitude of environmental conditions that "we as a society" must unite together to change if we are ever to save this precious resource.
The United Anglers of Casa Grande High School dedicate their time and effort to help protect the native Fall Run Chinook Salmon and their habitat in Adobe Creek. We spend countless hours searching and caring for these animals, maintaining our facility, and fundraising. We are able to keep our program in top operating condition through our fundraisers, as we are a non-profit group that does not receive any outside income. To accomplish our goal of reviving the salmon we need to have our facility running correctly. As the United Anglers enters its 26th year of success through dedication, hard work, and commitment we would greatly appreciate your help.
On November 1, 2008 we will be holding our annual fundraiser. Please help us continue our work by donating an item to be used at our fundraiser. We will kindly accept anything including seconds or returned items, as we have a silent auction along with raffle baskets that any item will help to complete!
Please know that we do realize that everyone is struggling due to the rapidly changing economy, but our work must still carry on. Any donations or support for our fundraiser would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your consideration
